Public Sector
Berlineaton's story started with a move to Victoria to work with public sector clients. That move has led to almost two decades of serving over 80% of the ministries in BC, as well as work with other provincial and federal public sector organizations.

We have gained a depth of experience in our three primary practice areas:  Strategy Development and Execution, Continuous Improvement, and Leader Development - from one day workshops to province-wide, multi-year initiatives.
Independent Schools
Berlineaton’s experience with independent schools started in 1999 with our first strategic planning client.  Since then, we have helped over 25 independent schools across Canada develop and execute their strategic plans.

Our products and services in this sector have expanded significantly to include tools that enable greater excellence through:  data-driven decision making, board development, constituent engagement, philanthropy redesign, strategic talent management, risk management, and student and staff health and wellness.

Private Sector
Berlineaton works with private sector leaders who are eager to set or confirm their direction, improve their processes, and strengthen their teams and leaders.

Our clients in this sector include technology, professional services, manufacturing, health, tourism, and not-for-profit organizations.

Will your organization exist five years from now?
Organizations that thrive excel in three areas:

  • Direction: a clear, widely shared, and aspirational vision of the future and a compelling road map to get there.
  • Process: clear, effective and efficient steps that create meaningful outputs. Daily tasks and deliverables yield their best results when processes are clear and strong, and aligned with organizational objectives. Processes facilitate the alignment of action with direction.
  • People: People make it all happen. People have the skills, capacity, and impetus to translate strategic intent into reality. Ultimately, people and the culture they create drive an organization towards its chosen future.
